    went dark in 1984; re-opened as a twin-screen in 1987,
    and then a 3rd screen was added in 1995. Parking
    850 cars, this is the largest of Australia's Drive-ins;
    aka:  The Village Triple Drive-in Theatre

    40 kilometers west of Perth

    * Not exactly a Drive-in theatre, but still, an outdoor cinema
    under the stars; very pleasant venue with picnic tables and
    row seatings in deck chairs, within a state park; Gates open
    at 6.30 pm; show starts at 8pm; screen is 10 meters wide;
    35mm & 16mm films screened; the Kookaburra Cinema
    opened in January of 1997 with a screening of Gallipoli.
