Fly Me to the Moon is directed by Greg Berlanti and stars Channing Tatum, Scarlett Johannsen, Ray Romano, and Woody Harrelson. The film is about a New York advertising executive (Johannsen) who is tasked with revitalizing popularity in the race to the moon. She clashes with the Apollo flight director (Tatum) and is also tasked by a shady government official (Harrelson) to film a staged moon landing if the original fails.
The film manages to deftly handle an absurd plot while providing plenty of laughs along the way. It has great lead performances from Tatum and Johannsen and it deserves to be seen at a drive in near you.
