The Skylite Drive-in is a single screen drive-in located in Madawaska, Maine. It was opened in 1973 and has been operating ever since. The Skylite Drive-in is America's northern most drive-in in the East of the United States. It is actually within walking distance to Canada if you are so inclined. The drive-in is actually north of Montreal on the American side of the border. The drive-in is just off Route 1 which is the East Coast's version of Route 66. It is open seasonally and is very reasonably priced at $8 for adults and $3 for kids for first run, double features. They currently only accept cash.
